The wildlife at the State park is unpredictable with groupers, snappers and angel fish guaranteed and everything from dolphins, eagle rays, to manatees possible but less common. If you have good eyes or a passion for macro photography, octopus, scorpion fish, frogfish, and sea horses are present, if you can find them, in addition to the many species of blenny, crabs, mollusks, and fish. Visibility is generally 15-30′. Mild currents are normal as well.
